What to Expect

Sessions for first time clients last from 4 to 7+ hours. We will chat for a few minutes before we dive into the life review. In the Life Review, I want to know all about your childhood, relationships, and career. This portion takes the majority of the time during a client’s first session. We will talk for as long as we need to cover all of the important life experiences.

After the life review, we will discuss your list of questions. This includes the body scan portion as well as the personal questions. I will ask your Higher Self your questions once we make contact.

The hypnosis portion is the easiest part of the session. You’ll lay in a nice, warm and cozy bed. We’ll breathe and do a simple meditation together for a few minutes before the induction begins. The hypnosis, including the induction, takes around 2.5 hours. It’ll feel like you took a 30 minute nap, and you’ll wake feeling relaxed and refreshed.

After the hypnosis, we will conclude the session by spending time discussing the experience. We’ll process the information together as you reground yourself. This part takes around half an hour.

When the session is over, it’s very important that you eat a good meal to fully ground yourself back into your body. This is a step that cannot be skipped. Dolores was adamant that clients must eat a meal after their session and before going to bed.

The majority of clients only need one session to answer all of their questions and receive healing. However, once the first session is finished, it is much easier and faster to go under again with the same practitioner. From there, you can go almost anywhere you desire. People can travel to the spirit side, any past or future lives, or go directly to their Higher Selves or spirit guides. This can only happen after the first session, which is designed by your Higher Self to show you exactly what you need to see.

What to Bring

List #1 - Body Scan

This is for the Body Scan portion. I will ask your Higher Self to scan your body for any areas that need to communicate messages and receive healing. Your list will give me specific questions to ask about for this part of your session.

Water Bottle

We'll chat for a few hours before the hypnosis portion, so feel free to bring a bottle of water, a protein shake, or any small snacks you may want during this portion or after the session is over.

List #2 - General Questions

You can ask about almost anything here. Most people ask about their life purpose, the reason for difficult experiences or connections, what they need to focus on, what’s the best course for a specific area in their life, etc.

Comfy Clothes!

Wear a loose, comfortable outfit to be fully relaxed during your session. Your comfort is key, so dress wisely. Blankets will be provided and encouraged during the hypnosis portion, and will also be available during the life review.

3 Tips for a Great Session

Check out Suzanne Spooner's 3 Tips for a perfect session. This video will explain what to expect and how QHHT works in the modern day.

Session Recordings

Every session is recorded. I will send your session recording either the same day or in the next 2-3 business days. It’s highly advised that clients listen to their recording to receive the most benefits of their session.

When we first wake up after sleeping, we may remember our dreams, but over time, the memories fade. The same thing happens with QHHT sessions. We are becoming more aware during sessions, but after we awaken, the memories may fade quickly. This is why, when you listen to your recording, you may not remember some of the things you said. Hearing these moments will most likely recall those memories, and your awake state can become fully aware of the important messages you received while under.

Clients who periodically relisten to their recordings get the most benefits. This is because they are reconnecting with that higher frequency state they were in during their session. They may pick up on things they missed before, and they can receive more healing.
