I was born and raised in metro Atlanta and had a typical life as a young woman from the suburbs. My life and perspective on the world was forever transformed after my intense spiritual awakening at 19. For some reason, my Higher Self blessed me with the awareness to see the world and existence for what it is. It was a very overwhelming and isolating experience for me, and I struggled to find my peace with it. When I found Dolores Cannon's lectures online, I knew I connected with a divine source of knowledge.

I watched all of her lectures online until I needed more. In December of 2021, I signed up for the Level 1 Course. After completing the course, I began reading the "suggested reading" materials. Her books were unlike any I'd ever read before, and shifted my perspective on many levels (ET's, soul contracts, spirit guides, etc.). I began conducting sessions and immediately felt the higher energetic frequencies when connecting with people's Higher Selves. This connection granted healing, answers, and guidance, all from an infinitely deep place of love that I'd only felt when I had my awakening. It was beyond beautiful to have the opportunity to work with these energies. 

My practice went on hold for a year as my life got complicated, but this past summer of 2023 I knew it was time to return to my QHHT journey. I signed up for the Level 2 Course, and it was indeed a complete gamechanger. My skills, abilities, and confidence evolved because of that course. Since taking it, I have made contact with every one of my clients' Higher Selves to request their healing and get answers for their questions. This path has proved itself to be magical in every single way. I'm amazed during each of my sessions at how wonderful the experiences play out, and how loving the Higher Selves are towards my clients.
